Best baby tracker app for new parents with no time to waste!
Pink tulip mama
We are exhausted parents with zero bandwidth to learn a complicated app, especially at 2 in the morning. Tinylog has been a relief because it is simple and easy to use right away. No digging through menus, no bright screens hurting your eyes. The default dark mode makes those late night logs much easier. The growth tracking is a big reason we kept using it. Having both WHO and Fenton charts in one place really helps, especially with a preemie. We do not have to guess what the numbers mean or switch between different tools. Seeing the percentile clearly laid out gives us some peace of mind and helps us stay on top of things for pediatrician visits.Tracking formula reactions has also been really useful. Moving from breastmilk to formula can be stressful, and it helps to log what we tried and how our baby responded. Fussiness, spit up, digestion changes, we can look back and start to see patterns instead of trying to remember everything when we are already tired. It also covers all the everyday basics. Feedings, diaper changes, sleep, milestones, symptoms, everything is quick to log and easy to check later. We can update things in a few seconds and move on.Tinylog feels like it was made for parents who are tired and do not want to deal with anything complicated. It is simple, calm, and actually helpful when you need it.

Thank you for this. The 2am dark mode comment hit home, that is exactly why we made it the default. No one wants to log a feeding with a screen that wakes everyone up.Including Fenton alongside WHO was important to us for preemie families specifically. Growth tracking can feel confusing enough without having to translate between tools or wonder which chart applies. Glad it is helping with pediatrician visits.A baby tracking app for tired parents was exactly the goal. Wishing you and your little one well with the breastmilk to formula transition and whatever comes next.
Tinylog helped us transition formulas
A mindful human being
We went through four different formulas before finding one that worked for our daughter. Every switch came with a few days of wondering if the fussiness was the formula or something else. Tinylog made it possible to actually keep track of all of it instead of relying on our sleep deprived memories.Every time we tried a new brand, we logged it in the app. When our daughter started having more spit up or got extra fussy, we could look back and see exactly when we switched and what changed. That made it so much easier to talk to our pediatrician about what was and was not working. No more guessing or trying to remember which can we opened last Tuesday.I never thought I would care about lot numbers until a formula recall popped up in the news. We had every lot number logged in Tinylog already. It took us about ten seconds to check whether we were affected. That alone was worth it. If you are formula feeding, just log the lot number when you open a new can. Future you will thank you.The most helpful part was being able to look back over a few weeks and see patterns. We noticed our daughter did better on one brand but only after we could compare side by side. Without the logs we probably would have kept going back and forth and second guessing ourselves. If you are in the middle of switching formulas, start tracking now. Write down the brand, the lot number, and how your baby reacts. It sounds like a lot but it takes a few seconds in the app and it makes a huge difference when you are sitting in the pediatrician's office trying to explain what has been going on. I wish we had started from day one.
Developer Response
Thank you for sharing this. The lot number story is exactly the kind of moment we hoped Tinylog could help with. Ten seconds of checking beats digging through the trash or trying to remember which can you opened last week.Formula switching is genuinely hard, and having a feeding log to look back on makes the conversations with your pediatrician much more useful. We built Tinylog as a baby tracking app for this kind of pattern spotting, whether it is formula, sleep, diapers, or growth.Hope your daughter is doing well on the brand that finally worked for her.
The best tool for new parents. I’m amazed.
New Parents 2026
I had no idea how difficult it would be to keep track of all feedings, diaper changes, and symptoms. It’s too much to remember. Thanks to this app, my spouse and I always knew what our baby needed. The custom routine made it easy to know how the number of feedings changes over time, and which milestones we should be on the lookout for. For breastfeeding, the most important thing is to simply know the last breast used. The app kept track of that for me. The sleep progress feature is also very nice. We could literally see how our baby’s long sleep stretches were progressing.
Developer Response
Thank you for the kind words. The last breast used tracker sounds small but parents tell us it makes the biggest difference at 3am. Glad it helped.Watching long sleep stretches grow is one of the more rewarding things to track, especially in the early months. The custom routine is there because every baby's feeding rhythm is a little different. That is what we want Tinylog to be: a baby tracking app that handles feedings, diapers, breastfeeding, sleep, milestones, symptoms, and growth in one place without making you think about it. Wishing you and your baby a great year ahead.
The last baby tracker you’ll ever need

Tinylog is honestly one of those tools that just makes sense. It's clean, simple, and gets out of your way. New parents especially will love it since the last thing you need when you're sleep deprived is a complicated app.
