Tisane Rewards 4+

After four (4) years, I can confidently confirm that Tisane has rolled out a usable rewards app! It is nice to be able to get past the sign-in screen. 😆 The app is useful for accessing your points balance, viewing the rewards on your account, and checking establishment hours. One (1) helpful feature is the details section of each reward; it explains how to redeem the reward when ordering online or in person. Unfortunately, this app does not have ordering capabilities. While you can order on a web browser, there also exists another Tisane app solely for ordering. On a side note, since it would be much more convenient to have a single app with ordering and reward-tracking capabilities, I do not understand why that app was ever developed. Regardless, I am reluctant to use it because I do not know if I will receive points toward my rewards account if I order through there. Setting that caveat aside, thank you, Tisane! You have finally caught up to the slew of tea houses that have rolled out rewards apps. 👏

Apparently, the app was updated a month ago (which is long overdue since the last update was four years ago), so I got logged out and need to log back in to access my account. However, I can't even enter my phone number at the login screen. When I tap the field to enter my phone number, the box is unresponsive. I am able to log in by email instead, but once I get to the screen that asks me to confirm the code sent to my phone number, the field is unresponsive. I enjoy Tisane's beverages, but these bugs really need to be ironed out if Tisane wants customers to use its app!

Tisane promotes downloading its new app in its stores now, but I cannot access the menu, which means I am unable to place orders on the app. Please fully develop the app before releasing it.

The app does not work. When I try to place an order, it says that Tisane is closed every day of the week. Additionally, the app does not send me notifications whenever a reward is added to my account. It is impossible to use this app.
