Much Better

This is the 3rd iteration of this game I’ve purchased on the AppStore, and hopefully the last. I was worried for awhile that this too was going to be neglected because of the lack of any major updates, but once they dropped the DLC, the updates just keep coming. Not only did they release all the DLC at once (and a total steal if buying the bundle is your first purchase of this game on iOS), but they’ve since made several UI, performance and stability fixes.
This is by far the best Diablo(2)-like game on iOS, and the best version of it by far. It doesn’t crash nearly as much as it did in the past, the controls are considerably better (not perfected yet though), and having all the classes and shared storage makes multiple play throughs with a variety of builds infinitely more fun.
Hopefully they tighten up the controls, especially for ranged and spells. It still seems a little sluggish and/or unresponsive at times. But once everything it tightened up, this’ll indisputably be a 5 star game and the best of its class on the AppStore.

A classic revived / Please bring DLC!

Titan Quest has a special place in my heart. I started to play back when it was first released on PC in 2006. The unique setting, intricate class creation and amazing game flow still remain exciting to this day and I am thankful for developers that know that there are still fans of the classics out here.

The mobile version is well ported in my opinion and I have not had any major issues. The targeting can be tricky so any characters that require specific aim may sometimes be frustrating to play, other than that it is amazing to play on phone and seriously one of the best values on the AppStore for this price.

I give 4 stars only because there are some features that need to be updated that already exist on other platforms such as having a Storage vendor to store items, bigger inventory space, a button to sort items and other small QOL features. Also PLEASE bring the DLCs soon! 😊

A Better Review

Thanks for that reply. I suppose trolling for loot is not really an in-game quest.

My current line of players each have more than 100 million coins, so we won’t be trolling for loot any time soon. If We were in Gedir in Legendary mode, though, that might change.

From your reply I suppose that enemies become more frequent but not stronger. The catch is that not just common enemies become more frequent. So do hero enemies, pack leaders, traveling enemies, etc.

When I encounter a golden beetle, I usually just ignore it or save and restart the game. I am left wondering what such an object is supposed to contribute to the game.

[06 Aug. 2024] Bravo to TQ for greatly diminished in game crashes. Bravo also for a gane that runs a bit cooler on my ipad mini.

I am puzzled by what benefit a player would get from running the game at difficulty 2 or 3 instead of 1. Especially if xp does not improve, and item drops do not improve. Briefly, what do we gain by defeating the same enemies with 8 or 9 hits rather than with 2 or 3 hits?

Darkland upgrades do not stack. I recently gave an upgraded item to Darkland smiths; all it did was replace the previous upgrades. The info for damage and duration bonuses is hard to figure. Even when my weapon says 10 pierce damage, the damage and bonus for pierce reads zero. Leaves me wondering how many other non calculations are in the game. [End 06 Aug. 2024]

29 Jan: The difficulty multiplier is originally an unofficial mod. We were asked by many users to add that to the game and it was rather easy to implement so we did it. It is meant to make item grinding easier when your character is already strong enough but are missing appropriate items. It is not meant to be used when you are just starting a new game.Earlier:Hi! About your difficulty question: Selecting a difficulty multiplier basically and only multiplies the amount of enemies and with that the amount of loot. So when you have a powerful character you can grind items faster. We hope that answers your question. Kind regards,
