- Chicago Title Now is now optimized for use with iPhone 5.
- New Take a Photo functionality allows users to take a photo with their iPhone of a subject property to generate a property profile.
- The last 10 photos are saved in the app so that users can go back to the property profile they previously viewed.
- If the property address cannot be found, the user is taken to the Near Me functionality which displays a map with properties where profiles are available.
- Users still have the ability to search for information by owner name and property address and APN (Assessor’s Parcel Number).
- Users now have the ability to add text to their emails that they send with the profiles to their clients, so they can highlight important information and add comments.

New in version 2.0:

- Complete User Interface of the app is changed to latest look and feel.
- Navigation drawer is used for all new menu's with new icons for each of the searches.
- Default state and county is chosen for the logged in user for all types of searches.
- Complete Google maps is replaced with Bing Maps thought the app.
- New features added in Map Search functionality as below:
