This app (and the products it is supposed to communicate with) are incredibly disappointing and so frustrating to use. I purchased the Digital Model One, a Cube and a Model CD player. The app that supports these devices is so poorly designed I spent almost 10 minutes simply trying to change the FM radio station... And the ONLY WAY to physically change the FM radio station is through the clunky iPhone app... The Cube speaker has never connected. You have to create a new “zone” every time you open the app, it never remembers the devices. I haven’t tried to get the CD player to connect. Even when I plug the CD player directly into an external speaker, the basic playback controls on the CD player are so fussy that it is hard to play a cd. I will likely chuck this entire system into the bin, because I don’t want to hassle with a return. (I just bought the set-up and have only had it for maybe three weeks.). Please, save yourself the hassle, expense and frustration. DO NOT BUY any item from their digital wireless line. It is a waste of money.

Please help!1. I cannot re-install the firmware for any of the devices. The Model One Digital began installing, then stopped and I was advised to quit the App and re-start it and try again. Well, did that but the screen never came back... now I’m in limbo with this device.2. Cannot re-install the firmware for the orb speaker now is a phantom. It plays when I send signal to only that speaker, but once I create a Zone with another speaker, the original one will not play. Sometimes it just disappears from the Zone entirely.3. Every time I try to play the speakers after leaving them alone for any period of time, I have to set them up from scratch and do the entire process over again and again.4. At least one of the expensive batteries I purchased from you no longer holds any charge. I am afraid to test the other 4 batteries I bought for the other speakers because I fear I will lose my marbles!5. Devices used to work on “Party Mode” once I took the time to re-configure all 6 speakers, but I cannot find that option on this newer app.I have invested a lot of money with Tivoli over the years. Anything with wires work fine, but these wireless systems are failing me over the last couple of years since I bought them. Time has not improved them.The sound quality is good when I can get them to work. Please help! I know I am not the only person with these problems.

The Orb speaker I bought is great in my living room and I have no problem with the Bluetooth; however, the Tivoli Art app is just junk that does not work. I followed the directions and it still won’t work on WiFi. The app is poorly designed and fails at its basic job. The speaker is too expensive for this app not to work. When I went to select the consumer help feature in the app it sent me to a 404 error page on Tivoli. It is a nice speaker, but if you wanted a speaker to use with your WiFi network I would stay away from all Tivoli speakers unless they totally redesign the Tivoli Art app to actually work.

The previous app worked just fine. Now I can’t properly set up this app. I can connect and play music for whatever reason but I can’t use the app for anything like volume control etc. Frustrating that I can’t use the app now. Edit- once I changed location services to while using in app it worked. Frustrating as the instructions while setting it up in the app didn’t mention that. Could have saved a lot of time and frustration. Works pretty well now but only 4 stars because of the set up issues.
