The ticket scanner application is a companion product to our world class Theatre Manager CRM ticketing system. If you have Theatre Manager, the scanner software is used to manage entry into your venue by scanning traditional printed tickets or print at home tickets.
With this application, you will have full control of the ticket lifecycle from creation, sale, and attendance tracking -- as well as determining who did not use their tickets.
The application performs best when your iOS device (iPod or iPhone) is inserted into a Linea Pro hardware scanner (contact us to obtain one), although manual entry is supported. Your Theatre Manager system must have the the ticket scanning module.
