Used to be ok now just bad
There used to be a nice graph when you signed in to your account they got rid of it with the new update.
each new update seems to be causing more and more bugs.
Latest is that each time I click on payments my app just crashes.
Today I wasn’t able to go between “My loans” “payment method” and “manage alerts” i am stuck on a single page and can’t move.
Also if you are making any additional payments with your loan (as a recurring payment) and want to remove the additional payment you need to delete the recurring payment and add a new one.
At least they called me to tell me that my change wasn’t saved.
As a financial app I really hope they test the new features before they actually release a new update.
Also it tells you “you need to update the app to continue using” and you click yes, the app store link only shows you “open” no update. You have to go to the app store, find the app and click on “update” if you want to update it.

Buggy, shoddy development
New customer. Was interested to see how this goes. Created account, got in just fine, however the app doesn’t seem to save certain updates I’m making to my profile (like adding a picture - which doesn’t even scale correctly - or phone number). Also noticed it logged me out fairly quickly and seems to ask to verify my account each time I try to log back in (which then succeeds, but it’s annoying to have to do this every time). Hoping the bugs get worked out but I definitely will not trust the app to do anything important like make payments.
Can’t access app
App was working fine for the last few months. However, it won’t log me in now. It says if your internet is working we’re probably doing maintenance”. I deleted it and re-installed and that didn’t help. I prefer to use apps vs the website but, now this doesn’t work. Doesn’t seem realistic that it’s under maintenance for days on end especially at the beginning of the month. I just want this to work as expected. Please fix.
