Ratings and Reviews
Broken App - “Unable to Validate”
Just updated the app and went to setup an account. Got the popover error “Unable to Validate”, and am not able to make use of the app.
I tried multiple email addresses, various password options, and I unchecked/rechecked the box for agreeing to the terms of service. As far as I can tell, this app is broken. After I post this review, it will be deleted from my iPhone.
Defective card
I am trying to call your customer service phone but it’s not working. I bought this $10 phone card and when I started using it I can’t make a call because it says it only have 1 cent in the card. I sent an email twice to your email customer support and still haven’t heard back
Love the service hate the reload issues
Has been declining my reload payment for no reason. It's an app issue and now I have pass the amount of time attempt allowable. I'll change my review to a 5 star until this issue is fixed.
