The new app is jam-packed with features to make your life easier. We have added photo sharing, detailed job card descriptions, tool suggestions and in-app chat to make preparing for jobs as seamless as possible.
Want to manage your personal work? No problem… In-app quoting, invoicing and diary management will make sure you never miss a beat and keep your customers informed and delighted.
To get started, simply open the app, load your profile and complete a quick and easy vetting process to begin receiving job requests.
The HERO app connects you to customers who need work. Simply accept a request if you are available and use the in-app GPS tracking to arrive at your job, build your quote and begin the requested work- it’s as easy as that!
Worried about invoicing and payments? Don’t! We take care of that for you with instant invoicing and cashless transactions that can be viewed in-app and exported to email instantly.

Version 2.2.11
We always look to improve our user experience. This release includes bug fixes and features, including:
- A new and improved view of incoming jobs
- The ability to become a client's favourite Hero, with requests coming directly to you
- You can now reach out to your client via the chat for scheduled jobs
- A new look and feel for fulfilment jobs has been added
- Declining a job is now permanent
- Exterminated some pesky bugs. You can carry on as usual
