  • Must-have for organization

    This app has become my sidekick in all things in life. It allows me to quickly document any to-do that comes to mind so it isn't forgotten and has amazing organization features to keep my list structured and prioritized. Now that I've been using it consistently for a couple of years, I can't imagine life without it! The free version is fully functional so there is no reason to not try it

  • I honestly don’t know where I would be without Todoist

    I’ve been an avid user for several years and I just love this app more each and every day. The new ramble feature is just awesome and was the final missing puzzle piece to make this the perfect app. I use it to keep track of daily tasks or even things that happen every two years and they just pop up in my to do list like magic.

  • I want to stay…but

    I like the application generally and am reasonably happy if only lightly using Todoist. Users have been asking for the ability to have new tasks entered at the top for years on mobile. I really do not need a workaround but a preference to let me work the way I like. I unfortunately need to go looking at alternatives, as I hate entering 5-10 new tasks and having to stage them all up through a list that is 15 items long.

  • Todoist Has Helped Me SOOO Much

    I downloaded this to keep track of my school assignments, and it’s a total game changer. It’s simple to use, but also really powerful if you want to customize things.One of my favorite features is the Karma Levels. They really give me a sense of progress and motivation. I think Todoist is a great app for anyone who wants to stay on top of their work and be more productive. Thank you SOOO MUCH Todoist team!!!

    Todoist is an amazing tool for organizing your life tasks and projects. It’s a game changer. I have always used various tools/ systems to organize myself and they did work. However, Todoist is heads above the others. It takes a little bit of set up ( they even have templates to assist) but after that you will be set for greatness! I will always use todoist, even for my personal life.

    Literally life changing. I loved to do lists on paper or iPhone notes. Honestly also have never written a App Store review before. This is my favorite app of my life. Legit changed how I organize my life and my life with my wife and manage the family. So good it’s crazy. The AI and ability to type in regular text and it picks it up is great. Highly recommend
