This app is simply amazing! I run a small business, and using Tofu has made the sales process so much easier and more efficient. Payout ?
The app works best when customer is using Apple Pay from the phone it's a 60% chance when using their card, however there is nothing in the app that informs you about a payout. The customer service takes one hour or more to respond. There's no phone number which lets me know this is a small company but they need to have information about payouts. For a first time user of the app it's just alarming not seeing anything of the sort or even allow me to double check my banking info. Update that and credit card pay and I would update the stars 👌🏽.
