Tokeet 4+

I’ve been a Tokeet customer now for well over a year. I will say that when you first begin with Tokeet, you will need to learn the software and understand how everything connects, flows, etc. Not easy so plan on being frustrated in the beginning. There is no phone support but they are available 24/7 via messaging and will answer and solve your issues every time. Tokeet is one of the few PMS systems that offer a phone app. I love being able to work my properties from my phone which is a huge plus! The app works great and never had an issue with it. Again, hardest part is learning how to navigate. Once you know it, you will be very pleased with Tokeet. Pricing is also on the lower side versus competition. Thank you Tokeet!

Tokeet has been great for my business. What's key is that you invest time in the beginning and take advantage of their help center, webinar training, and chat help (24 hours a day). In the beginning, I had to reach out to Tokeet support for advice on connecting my channels--and they were always responsive and helped me get properly connected. Now I am on four channels along with my own website with Tokeet widgets on it--and everything is running well. I also feel like I always have a direct line to their management team and I know they have a big vision of things to come. I'm a fan of Tokeet.

I've been working with this company for two years now and they've been a major part in expanding my business. I didn't start using the app until a few months ago and I feel kind of stupid now because it's actually really nice. I can keep track of all my bookings from anywhere and even make important updates / administrative actions.
