I order from Toms regularly and since the pandemic I’ve taken full advantage of using the app to order ahead and pick in drive thru!
What do I do? Very rude ladies at drive thru.
Very rude ladies at the drive thru on Wisconsin avenue location today at 1:30. Very very rude ladies at the drive thru. Shoved the food at me saying “here’s your food”, and closed the window so fast on me I didn’t get a chance to say thank you. So I put my car in park and waited for them to notice I was still sitting there. After a couple of minutes the lady opened the window and asked why I was still there. Boy did I give her a piece of my mind. Guess I’ll start going somewhere else twice a week for lunch.
Showing phone
I wish you had a better way to use promo codes instead of having to show your phone. I also wish there was a way to manually enter a receipt for when you forget the phone
