Great product now won’t work...

This is a great product. However, a week ago it suddenly stopped launching on my iPhone 7 Plus. Still works fine on my iPad. So I went ahead and did most recent iOS update, and still the same. Check App Store for update, none. What’s going on here? Hence a 3 star rating this round.

UPDATE: So I deleted the app from my iPhone and then reloaded it. Now it launches but when I go into settings or attempt to change to another tool the app crashes, hence downgrading to a 1 star rating, for their paid for PRO version no less!

UPDATE TO UPDATE: App now works. However, the barometer still doesn’t work here in Utah. Others do. I use in inHG setting. That is why it only gets 4 stars. Hopefully the barometer will get fixed and working.

Big flaw

While I love everything that it does there is a major flaw with the levels. While it’s great to be able to zero them out i found no way to reset it once you do. I’ve closed and reopened it was still off. So then anything you do could be majorly off and while i know this isn’t for construction use for a house or what not. It might be nice to say set my closet rack level or the fence post. Mail box. As it sits right now all my levels are useless . If i am just not seeing how they reset back please let me know and it’ll be a 4 star all day long. For more detail all three levels have a button to zero out or set to level not sure what you call it but it makes your indicator bubble show level or center. Only problem is if when you do that the phone isn’t say level not your level is out of alignment. Put the Phone on a flat surface tilt one side up with some thing a pen , what ever, now hit the zero out or reset button it’s the one with the cross hairs and a dot in the center now your phone will think that is what level is . It’s like that with all three levels. Hopefully you can now see why this could be a problem. I like the feature it’s useful there just needs to be a way to clear out any user input and set it back to default. Like if the button stayed light when it was using the manual feature but push it again turns the light off and the app goes back to using the phone sensors to determine

Has a lot of functions, but I’m not sure it will become my “go-to” app. It does many things your iPhone does already, so you’re likely to ignore the timers (because Siri is so convenient for that) or the flashlight (because we’re accustomed to sliding up for that). Additionally, those functions which require sounds to be generated will only do so if your phone is not in silent mode (where native iOS alarms will conveniently override this).

Some instruments are easy to accidentally calibrate without realizing. It might be nicer to have calibration functions more out of the way, just as the resetting to defaults is hidden in the instrument’s settings menu.

Of all the great things about the metronome (ability to store a list of tempos, time signatures, audible subdivisions, Italian labels on the dial), it is a travesty that you can’t dial in a tempo by ear without a cacophonous mess (The metronome audibly resets to beat one continuously as the dial is moved while playing). I don’t know of any musicians who wouldn’t require the ability to adjust a metronome while it is playing.

Lastly, the instruments which allow measurements to be graphed would be more useful if labels for units of measurement were included on the graph (though I have not yet checked to see if exported data files include labels).
