TopHap possesses the most comprehensive data analytics in the real estate industry today. I use TopHap with every client & as a high producing Broker in Orange County, CA it’s imperative that I have the right tools. The various reports are useful in all aspects of my client’s search for property or Listing a property. I use the “ invitation” feature to empower my client’s use of the TopHap platform. These developers have hit the nail on the head and created the most powerful, impactful real estate tool for all walks of life with this all in one easy to use, dummy proof app. The everyday user is empowered with the knowledge and data to become a seasoned professional instantly. As a multi generational career real estate professional I highly recommend using this tool for all walks of life to become more knowledgeable, creating better decisions!

Finally a great app for real estate research

This app caters well to all players in the real estate market. As an investor I can become an expert pretty much on any neighborhood within 15 minutes. Moreover I can click on any property and visually inspect in a flyover mode

But what really makes this app great is the auto navigation mode which allows me to inspect and compare proeprties real time simply by pointing my phone at them.

Real estate gamechanger.

TopHap gives me incredible insight into markets that’s I’ve never even been to. It’s hard to choose but I would say that the ‘fly around’ feature is my favorite. You get a 3D, 360 view of the property. The developer also seems to push new features very quickly. It’s exciting to see new things all the time!

More data points than any other platform

TopHap provides way more data about a property than any other real estate listings platform. It shows elevations, lot boundaries, permit info, comps analysis, risk factors, demographics and more. It’s a one stop shop for analyzing any property in the US.

Great app, missing a couple features

Very cool app - really enjoy the search view and market insights. Would really prefer to be able to search by features in order to drill down on things in the market. Please consider. ;)

This app is amazing, simple, transparent and I enjoy using it.

By far the best real state app available, is a tremendous tool for real estate agents, investors or just a person that wants to buy their dream house, providing you with all the Information you could possible want.

This app is the best app when you’re trying to find a place to buy .you can drive anywhere and turn it on and see what’s available around you.

Need Lots of Improvements

I like TopHap, although it’s estimates are mostly off, but still saves time compared to doing your own research. However this app offers very very basic features compared to the desktop version. Please bring the desktop features to your app please. Such as various heat maps. Thank you.
