Mobile Deposit Issues
The current iteration of the app does not currently allow mobile deposit of checks. The widget for this seems to be present under Widgets, but is inaccessible on any other menu, and cannot be accessed from the widget selection menu. Otherwise, it looks plenty shiny, just had low functionality.
Mobile deposit needs improvement
This is a cool concept. I’m not sure how other bank app do it either. But with this app it’s probably less time consuming and convenient to head to a physical location to deposit any all checks. I literally have spent an hour trying to deposit an unfolded crisp and clearly legible check that’s sitting on a completely black background just to be told time and again that it’s unable to be read. What a real waste of time considering that this is supposed to be something that saves you time. Everything else about the app is sufficient enough and I couldn’t be happier. But if someone would please address the ungodly cumbersome and painful experience of trying to use the mobile deposit function that would be fantastic. It’s seriously awful as it is, and time spent trying to get it to actually work would be better spent standing in line at a one their locations. At least you know then you’d eventually get your deposit made.
SO much better
I have been waiting YEARS for TopLine to release a full-fledged mobile application and the time has finally come! This new app is leaps and bounds better than their previous one(which was just their mobile website wrapped in an app container). No more having to log in every time you click the back button and the interface is much cleaner. My only complaint with the new app is that sometimes it takes longer than it should to load account information.
