iOS 9 critical update allowing continued access to torcsracing.com servers

- Names of tracks and dates should load faster and more consistently - 85 classes have been divided up into A, B, C

Moving forward the primary communication for TORCS will be through the app. Notifications such as: reminders when pre-entry close and unfortunate race postponements will be first communicated through the app. To support this communication for the series the the app has been update with incremental messaging capabilities. This messaging section extends upon the Push Notifications added back in January. Now messages go into a message log so you can reference past messages in the app.

All updates for this release are usability focused: - Maps app shows track name in pin label allowing the user to confirm it is the location they expect. - Progress bars and spinning progress indicators added. Useful in low-bandwidth scenarios so user knows app is retrieving data. - Popup window alerting selected race results aren't available yet.
