ToSeePlus - Smart Camera 4+

I paid over $200 for this camera. I subscribe to cloud when I can afford it. The camera is kicking on, but that app is blocking me from seeing my videos that my SD card has recorded. Which is messed up. I understand that you want to make money, but to block my camera so I can’t see it is wrong. Today I had a flat tire and I couldn’t even view my camera because you are blocking my SD card. I walked up on my porch. Saw the camera come on, but still there was no recording on my SD card even though it says there is space is being used on my card. I don’t recommend ur products because this is selfish.

I been pleased with camera but no so much with its connectivity.
The solar panel no longer charges the battery (after 14 months).
When plugged in it to AC it works but it looses connectivity where I cannot wake up the camera. It says device offline. What is interesting is that I can view cloud storage events.
Last but not least I don’t get notification of events although they been loaded to the cloud.
I have removed the camera and added it again but same issue reoccurs after working for some time.

These apps. are really bad and frustrating to use. Was finally able to install device with ToSee but impossible with ToSee Plus, which is the only way to interface with Alexa. Many features in the apps. used to setup of device don’t work correctly and there is no built in trouble shooting. The instructions (confusingly poor English and using wrong nouns/verbs) makes all really frustrating. I would not use these apps. if Inhad a choice and therefore regret buying the doorbell device requiring them.
