They fixed my order right away
Placed my order after work, I was told it would arrive at 4:00. At 5:00 I am delivered 2 cases of hot beer.
Delivery is useless because you still have to go to the store to buy cold beer. Delivery complete waste of time. I don’t see Total selling hot beer in their stores. You know why? Nobody wants a hot beer. Nobody wants to work all day and have a hot beer.
Update:
Contacted the store and they brought me cold beer within 30 minutes. Very speedy customer service.

Total Beverage - Reliable, Friendly and Accurate
I have been ordering delivery for years. Total Beverage is 100% reliable and the app continues to improve, making searching and ordering much easier. Five stars!
No Accountability
I did my first order from Total Beverage last Thursday. I got short changed by two bottles of wine. I couldn’t check my order immediately because I am working from home doing back to back telehealth sessions. So, when I checked my order I found they charged me for two bottles of wine I didn’t get. I sent them an email on Thursday late afternoon to tell them that and it’s Saturday evening and no word from them. The amount of money $28 I can survive but, I will never order from them again. And I never have time to go to liquor stores so the idea of ordering wine online really appeals to me.
