Lost a Discount Cab customer of 14 years

Looked up our favorite cab company, Discount Cab, five days before we were set to fly out of the airport at 5 AM. Downloaded the app and used it to book at 3 AM taxi. Confirmed the reservation on the app the night before and confirmed it again when we woke up at 2 AM. Waited until 3:00 and the cab never showed up. Tried to call Total Ride and got what sounded like a corporate office. Had to wait through two options before finally getting to option 3— Book a cab! Then had to wait for more hold music before being given the option to press one for English, then had to wait longer to get somebody to answer to book a cab. When I called they recognized my name and my reservation but they said it but it might take them 10 to 15 minutes to find a driver for me. I said you guys are already 10 minutes late! Had to jump into the car and race to the airport and get there barely in time to get on our flight— I hope! I’m writing this review as I sit here in the car with my partner driving.

By the way, as far as the app goes, I had the hardest time trying to add a credit card and was never able to because it wanted me to add an "account" which I already had but they said that wasn’t the account I needed to add in order to set up a credit card. Just made no sense at all.

Worst company Ever

These ppl made me Wait hours for a ride that never showed then Everytime I called lied to me &rushes me off the phone Tellin me my ride was 10-15 mins Away Then On The last hour tell me they can’t find a ride in my Area ... Poor Service The place I was Going Closed Waiting Them I could’ve booked another ride & the cab driver are shady non of them have Green cards & They All Do rides For free They will even cancel your Ride If u just pay them

Great experience

I was picked up on time (actually a few minutes early!) Which was awesome as they were total willing to wait if I needed. They were friendly and as a user in a wheelchair it is just amazing to have a company that supports wheelchair users. Most companies don't and if they do it cost a $20 surcharge each way over and above the normal cost! Total ride did not charge extra which opens up the world for me again. Thank you Total Ride. Thank you.
