I’m an app developer and I tend to come across a lot of stupid app ideas here. A lot of which don’t pay enough attention to what their customers want or how Lebanese society works.
I’m glad to see one app that surpassed that and exceeded expectations.
I knew EXACTLY where my delivery was, when my food was being prepared, and my order came right on time. I didn’t have the hassle of talking to anyone, it was very easy to look at the food I wanted to order(I think that’s some dedication), and the delivery guy didn’t lose the way.
Overall a trustworthy app.

There’s one detail I want to highlight though, favoriting restaurants takes me to a “list” page, but I don’t see anywhere I can add a list for my favorites. Keep up the good work, and never give up quality.

Toters holds a virtual monopoly over most of Beirut’s delivery services, which has never been more important to people than during lockdown. Yet their customer service and quality control has never been worse. Over and over again, I experience the same thing - restaurants send me the complete wrong item, an order with half of the items missing or rotten, or some other massive screw up, and NEVER do they compensate the customer or make the company make it right. I have been screwed out of so much money and left hungry (because there is. Or a curfew) so many times because of these people. And they don’t care. They won’t respond to emails, and they will block in-app reviews of restaurants that mention their failings. This is PREDATORY GARBAGE.

the services in Kurdistan is worst, they dont care about their customers, one evening i ordered food but the driver didn’t feel like to deliver so abandoned my order in the restaurant, i waited for more than 1 hour, it got so late and i wanted to cancel my order but they didn’t do that and sent me a new driver, and the new driver took the food and stopped in the middle of the road (as i was watching it from the map) it got very late that i contacted them again and said im cancelling because its been 2 hours and still not delivered, but they called me on the phone and blamed it on me and said some lies and made me feel guilty even tho i wasnt, never ordering from toters again
