Ratings and Reviews
The most recent updates and enhancements of this app leave much to be desired. I can no longer log in. I keep getting an error message that states my login credentials are incorrect but they aren’t because I’m able to login to my credit union’s online banking website with the same credentials. I deleted the app from my iPhone, reinstalled it, accessed my account but when I trued to setup the TouchID, it failed, logged me out and now gives me the error I mentioned previously. I’m absolutely not calling my credit union about this.
My main issue is that it times out constantly with regard to TouchID. This feature is useless to me if I must always initiate it from the menu. TouchID has NEVER worked properly or consistently for me. When will this be fixed?
Behind the times "touch less baking"
App is behind the times for many reasons. It freezes up all the time, has slow updates. Doesn't show pending transactions or loan details. Has very limited functionality, no features such as statements and account maintenance, and customized links and no Touch ID. It also doesn't offer any promos and banners like the other mobile apps do. I wish they would clean up the app and put the links on a tab like all of the other mobile apps do. Obviously the developer hasn't seen any other mobile banking apps. The company who makes this app is all about money, so instead of loading the app with functionality features such as seeing your pending transactions, or when your loan payment is actually due they focus on their money making products/services that they make a profit from such as "pop money" and "credit sense". It would be nice if they focused more on the consumer than their bottom line. I just wish apple had an option for negative stars because this app doesn't even deserve one star. This is by far the worse app I have used period, so save your time and use you check book register because it is more technologically advanced than this app.
App quit working
Within the past 3-4 weeks the app quit working. I tap the icon and the screen goes white. I’ve contacted the bank and they have no issues. It all started after an update. Now it’s a useless app taking up space on my phone. There is no one to notify so I hope they read this and fix it. I may have to change banks if this isn’t resolved. The app won’t load. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and the public beta 14.5
