Paying a bill with out signing in
I used to pay my mortgage with CCB without signing in, now touchstone doesn’t have that option, I would like to see that! Payment made with credit cards and having to call in!
Needs old features back.
With the merger the app lost a lot off features I enjoyed such as Touch ID & quick balance with the CCB app (also there was no notification that the CCB app would stop working. I kinda just figured it out when my balances stopped updating then had to go search for this app).
The interface and design is not up to par with my other banking apps or the old CCB app either especially with account names or savings being first to be listed (always confuses me).
In all, the app is very behind and simple (not in a good way). Hopefully, with time you will update the overall experience and fix little glitches that also occur when typing in passwords.
Good but looks like iOS 6
Works great and love the features but it looks like it should be on iOS 6. Also would love Touch ID enabled so you don't have to type your username (if you don't have it set to remember) and password every time. Better iPad Version would be nice too.
