So bad
This company isn’t serious at all... one you make reservations and pay the fee, they tell you to pay more money for service fee for the days you will take the tour! Another thing: you have to wait the whole day being around and you can’t check in at the hotel by yourself,even that you dont like ti take the tour! And the other thing : they give you a particular time to come back to the group but you never leave at that time... you always wait.
Worst experience
Worst customer experience ever. Blame customer that they are responsible, even though they admit things got messed up by hotel and tour agent.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book any tours from them.
