Dr. D'Eon is a licensed clinical psychologist in San Diego, and she specializes in helping people improve their quality of life and overcome barriers to healthy living.

Dr. Lorena Ruci, Mental Health Expert
Dr. Ruci is our pro when it comes to helping people manage stress and overcome major life changes. She is a registered psychotherapist in Ottawa, ON.

Dr. Tara Coletta, Nutrition and Exercise Expert
Dr.Coletta is our voice of reason and inspiration when it comes to nutrition, exercise, and being a mom. She has an M.S. in exercise science from UMass Amherst and a Ph.D. in nutritional biochemistry from Tufts University.

Planning the important things

TOVI has been helpful in providing a place where I can build a healthier routine! I’m reliant on list-making & planning for my day-to-day life but I struggle in planning out healthy tasks for myself (everything else usually takes priority lol). In TOVI I love that I can create a unique plan for myself with tons of suggested activities, supportive articles, and personalized reminders so I can make sure I’m doing what I need to be healthier. Big thumbs up!!!

TOVI app has been instrumental in improving my overall health both physically and especially mentally. I love how easy it is to use and customize to meet my needs and goals. I can find tips and facts on any subject. The push reminders keep me on track even if I’m not always the best at checking them off. Guidance when you don’t know what to do next.

TOVI helped me to figure out how to get back on track when I felt like my life was completely out of whack! One step at a time, one activity at a time, I started to establish routines based on TOVIs extensive list of ideas and before I knew it, I was in control again!!
