Double Login Required?!
If is sign in using thumbprint, then try to use Zelle or make a Transfer, I have to sign in again. This wouldn’t be so bad except it doesn’t prompt for thumbprint, instead requiring full User ID and Password be entered, which is super annoying since my (strong) password is so long. I’ve been told by multiple CS reps this shouldn’t be the case (though I’m not so sure they really knew) and they tried everything including wiping my device from their system and having me wait 24 hours to reinstall app. No change. Very frustrating. I may switch banks since I live across country so mobile banking is key for me. Wife’s bank app doesn’t require any secondary login for transfers. And why should it, when you JUST logged in! 😤
I agree. I’ve tried to log in on weekends to get my balance. Every time I do it says it’s wrong. So I try to log in again trying to be very careful with my input. Same response. I called your main bank during the week and I thought we had it all worked out...WRONG! Very frustrating.
I really like the card control and remote deposit features. No log in problems to date.
