Toxo is the app an archery club runs its week on.
The coach sets the training schedule once. Every session after that appears in the calendar by itself, with the time, the range and the note about where to park. Members say whether they are coming. After the session the coach marks who actually turned up, and the answer they gave stays next to it, so the club can see the gap. Archers score their rounds end by end, and the club keeps track of fees without a spreadsheet.

• Take the register in a few taps. Everyone who said yes is ticked already
• See your athletes' rounds by day, and enter one from a paper scorecard
• Monthly, yearly or one-off fees for many athletes at once; mark what was paid, in part or in full
• Change a price for everyone who pays it, in one save
• Invite members with a link that opens the app, a code or an email
• Add young members who have no phone of their own, and invite their parents afterwards
BUILT FOR CLUBS WITH CHILDREN IN THEM
A club holds a minor's record only after it has been verified. Guardians are confirmed by the club, not self-declared. Consent is recorded with a date. Nothing about a member is public, and there is no feed, no chat and no advertising anywhere in the app.
WHAT TOXO DOES NOT DO
It does not read the sensors on your bow, take card payments or sell you equipment. It answers the questions a club asks every week: when, where, who is coming, who came, how they shot and who has paid.

Ratings & Reviews

Export your club's results. Coaches open Athletes' results in More, tap the share button, pick a period and whether training rounds are included, and get an Excel workbook, a PDF or a CSV file to send or save.
The PDF carries the club badge, groups rounds by athlete and marks each athlete's best competition result, ready for a confirmation letter.
