Trackify for Spotify Stats 12+

Not sure what happened

I love tracking and have been using it on the website for multiple months but just switched to the app. When i did so i also purchased the premium version, but when this happened all of my stats were lost, it says i only have 11 hours total listening time which is not true by any means. Not sure what happened but I still enjoy the app and am sure it will be resolved so 5 stars for Trackify.

Hi, could you check that you’ve imported your full listening history using this guide: https://support.trackify.am/import/guide

When you upgrade to plus, the app works a little different and you must import your history to see your full stats.

If your stats still aren’t showing, let me know my emailing support@trackify.am and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

Has potential but it’s not there yet

I jumped at this app looking for a stats app that doesn’t charge a fortune and is accurate. I really like the way it’s set up and all the stats you can see, but it has a lot of problems from small bugs to being unable to read the stats it provides because the text is too long/too large for the box it’s in. A lot of the songs I listen to aren’t even in the app yet so I can’t get stats for them, and a lot of the time I’ll click on one and it won’t say how many listens i have but it’ll show when I first listened to it which makes no sense. When I got premium the app started working completely differently so it was essentially useless until I got my extended history which I wasn’t happy about. But overall, you can’t beat the price and I know this app is still new, but I’d like to see some developments because i think it really could be the best stats app out there if some of these things are fixed.

Can’t Upgrade to Premium

This app is great for finding your top artists and songs so far! My only problem is that I can’t seem to find where you upgrade to premium! Also cannot see my recommended songs.
