UPDATE: since I reported the issue below the team at TracKit reached out to solve my issue. Apparently I had never signed up with my email and the data is saved on th server or something. Either at their engineer was able to find my data and link it to my new account. Both praise for their team fixing this. Upgraded my phone, did a full wireless transfer and everything was secured across dozens of apps… except for this one. Hugely disappointed. Lost literally years of data on multiple custom trackers.
Your data isn’t lost since everything is saved to the cloud using your account. Please get in touch using in-app feedback to help you recover your data.
I recently downloaded and upgraded the app to premium. I found it useful but was unable to restore my purchase on a different device. (Hint: the contact developer link in the App Store doesn’t work. However, you can message the developer within the app using the Feedback link in settings.) He responded immediately, explained the reason for the restore purchase issue, and gave me several clear and easy solutions. I was able to fix the problem quickly and now everything works great. The app is simple to use and very useful. I’m glad I purchased it and really appreciate how responsive and helpful the developer has been.
This app has been an incredibly useful tool for tracking my weight and tracking healthy habits. It has an intuitive design that makes information easy to add and to access. I love the graphs and the calendars! They both make data so much easier to understand:)Side note: the developer is extremely nice and very responsive. He helped me upgrade to premium about a month ago; truly a friendly and fast individual:) (Also I don’t think that you need premium to enjoy this app. I used it for about 3 months before upgrading. However, I appreciated the additional features like more trackers.)
Exactly as advertised – my only gripe is that the x-axis in the plots doesn’t actually scale with time. That is, if I skip a day and the next entry is two days later, I’d like the horizontal spacing to reflect that rather than just always being constant between entries no matter the time between them. And the “half” issue is related – it seems that time stamps *are* stored even though you can only enter dates, because when I move time zones I see data in the plot shifting around (i.e. if it was entered very early in the morning or late at night such that it was on a different date in that other time zone).
Great setup to track anything as simple completion, duration, or number scale. Captures date and time of every entry and you can setup reminders for ones you want on regular basis. Using it to reinforce completion of good habits as well as track several symptoms I’ve been trying to correlate with food or other stuff. Love that you can add notes on everything.Could benefit from some shortcut for a new number entry instead of launching the form and hitting “+” , but that’s minor.
Thanks for the review! Right now you can swipe left on a tracker name from the home screen and choose Add Entry to quickly go to the new entry view.
*** Update May 13: the programmer contacted me and worked with me to solve the problem: great support. I move my rating to 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ update May 12: I was able to contact the programmer by installing the App on my iPad and using the big report feature from there. He already replied to me and is working on the issue. I raise to 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ——[original] I loved it. But the latest update broke the entire App and now it starts but is frozen in place. I am afraid to have lost all my trackers 😢I tried to contact the support but the link in the App Store does not work... I am sad 😔 So I am putting a 1 star ⭐️ review to get some attention from the programmer, who in the past has been always very prompt in responding to feedback from within the App. But now I can’t contact him that way because the App freezes... help please !
