Needs work

Used for parcel dispatch. Dispatch information comes in via the app, and immediately an automated phone message comes in. I can’t then accept or reject the dispatch request through the the app. I also can’t indicate the reason for any rejected offers.

Want to give 0 stars. Supposed to get 2min to decide to accept or decline. You don’t. 5 seconds. 10 screen confirmations minimum to pickup or drop a package. Alert is alarm sound and Cannot be changed. Uses over 10 times battery than different and infinitely better dispatch app. Only allowed 1 run at a time. Impossible to make money anymore. Picture on app is a guy in sunglasses on a beach. Really? App is not customer or driver friendly in any way.

Good idea but lousy execution!

I have 30 years experience in the 3PL industries and have used a dozen different software solutions. This one ,though well intended, is needlessly over complicated. You can tell that it’s designed and function have been steered by those with no practical knowledge of the industry. It could be cleaned up and reformatted into something that is actually useful but at present Loginext is a tremendous time waster and time is money!
