NEEDS CALENDAR VIEW

This is a useful app but also very poorly designed. I have to use this for my job and instead of having an overview of your shifts, they have is a list of your scheduled work days but in order to see what specific time you are working on you have to click on each day individually. INTEGRATE A CALENDAR VIEW. This makes it easy to see what the month will look like as a whole! You are making something way more complicated than it has to be.

App won’t open - NEEDS MULTIPLE UPDATES

As a previous reviewer said, the app will not open for me either. It’s very inconvenient and makes it more difficult for me to have to go through the process of logging in on a different browser (my computer at home or iPhone’s Safari) every time I need to check my schedule, take a shift (another app issue? - I’m unable to take open shifts even though I’m not over my hours or working on a same day), or to check if someone has offered up a shift (since I get delayed email notifications- another app issue?) BASICALLY this app is crappy and needs a huge update. I want the app to give notifications for my schedule, offered up shifts, etc. and I want to be able to get past the loading screen with the annoying thinking wheel that doesn’t think.

The app stopped working on phones

The App has stopped working on my phone and others. When I called support they said an update would come probably by “next week” this is well over a month ago. No fix has come. This is the system we use for work. Now everyone has to log on to a computer to see the schedule or any changes to the schedule. When will the fix come? This is extremely inconvenient especially for the scheduler who needs to be able to see when shifts go up on the wall. We may need to find a new system if the Fix doesn’t come very soon. Please fix this!!!!!
