The idea behind the app is pretty simple and in the same time very effective. Lets say you want to have Yoga as a part of your daily routine. You add it as a new action into the app, select the category it belongs to (in case with Yoga it's hopefully a Good action) and put the date it was last time done. That's it. From now on you will see a running counter that represents how much time has passed since the last occurrence.
Besides that, the goal of Tracktions is to help to develop self-awareness. For example, looking at the dynamics of smoking (which is definitely in the Bad category), and seeing the trend of "1 cigarette per 20 minutes", you will certainly think about reducing this indicator. The same states for many other bad habits: junky food, alcohol, lack of physical activity etc.
