I have to say this type of surgery is hard to deal with. I wish all that need this type of surgery the very best. TracPatch, the product, need to be improved. Erica, the tech that put on the device on me, was absolutely awesome! Erica was not only there to promote the product but to see how I was doing. She was there for emotional support. I was in tears...Erica listened carefully. Before she left I felt better. What an asset Erica is to the company. The company will do just fine with people like Erica. Erica, thank you so much!
