Great for all kinds of workouts!
I’ve used this app both in the gym and at home, with a more limited option of weights to use. I love it because even though I don’t have as heavy of weights as I’d normally use, staying focused on how long my muscles are under tension has had me actually feeling sore the next day, which normally isn’t the case for my home workouts! Train centric has really helped my workouts improve both in intensity and results, and keeps me accountable during my rest times and not skipping sets or reps. It also has helped my form with their helpful reminders during lifts! Would highly recommend to anyone trying to improve muscle gain.
If you’re lifting without it you’re doing it wrong
I can’t say enough great things about Traincentric. I’ve been using it solidly for about 2 months and I’ll never be in the gym without it again. It’s the first app I have ever spent money on in 10 years of using any apps (but the free version is enough as well if you don’t mind not storing a ton of days). I’ve never felt the mind muscle connection on some exercises, but this has helped tremendously. Every single day I leave the gym sore and since beginning with this app I’ve increased either the weights I’m lifting each set or overall strength. You need this app.
Take your workout to the next level
I’ve been using this app a for about a week now, and it took my workouts to the next level. I’m able to make that kind to muscle connection and feel the complete movement. It has given me the ability to see the concentric, isometric, and eccentric movements, it does the thinking for you. I feel that I’m able to be more focused through my workouts more than before, and reduce the risk of injury and helps with just getting to that next step. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for that next step in their workouts!
