We built Train Fitness because we too are lifters, gym enthusiasts, & fellow athletes, and we're tired of entering a workout log, manually. We believe that a gym workout tracker should be as easy as recording a run, and we’ll stop at nothing to get there. The Train Fitness App is an all-encompassing workout log app that tracks how you move and helps you achieve your strength training goals at the gym. Whether you want to gain strength, build muscle, lose weight fast, get shredded, or just log workouts at the gym, Train Fitness is the only hands-free workout tracker helping you achieve your goals.

Our AI-powered workout tracker works with the Apple Watch 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, SE, Apple Watch Ultra, and Apple Watch Ultra 2. Unfortunately, due to CPU limitations with the Apple Watch 1, 2 and 3, we are unable to reliably run our application on these devices.

Weightlifting and gym log can now be saved to a profile, providing a valuable history of all your routines at the gym. Using an automatic gym workout tracker enables users to be completely hands-free and saves them time while working out.

We support gym exercises to hit biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back, legs, and core! We are very serious about data. Train Fitness does not share your data with any third parties. All data is anonymized and never distributed. Period. Train Fitness uses HealthKit to export your Train Fitness activities into the Health app and to read heart rate and biometric data.

Any purchases will be applied to your iTunes account at the end of your free trial. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. Finally, a workout app that’s easy and useful, AI is on point!

I’ve tried many weightlifting apps and you either get useful but tracking is not easy, or easy but too simplistic. When training, this app just lets you focus on working out. The AI is amazing, intuitively knowing what I performed and exactly how many. Sometimes I forget to confirm the set but found that it just logs it for you. You can go back and correct it if you want in case it calculates the wrong exercise or reps, but I often don’t have to. It pretty much gets it right. You can create a template but you can also just start a free form workout. Navigating on the watch for heart rate, volume, past sets and exercises, etc. is super easy (which I find not so common for many watch apps). Overall, it’s a terrific tracker that gives you what you need without manual fussing. Just open it up and it does the work for you, so you can focus on putting the work in.

This is a game changer for sure!!

Hands down the best app I’ve ever used to track workouts. Currently on my longest consistent workout stretch of time (one and a half months) and a lot of it has to do with the fact that I’ve been able to effortlessly track everything with this app and use the data to keep improving my workouts where I notice improvement is needed over time. It does take a little time to really understand how it works and make custom exercises if they aren’t listed on the app, but after that you know how to use the app well can literally almost track anything. Wish the was like a leg sensor you can also wear to track leg exercises better tho but none the less a incredible app for fitness and pushing yourself to the next level.

Overall very good

Overall it does a very good job of automatically detecting exercises. It’s also nice to have because it gives you a rest timer, which prevents me from starting another set too quickly and not being recovered. My only issue with the app is that some of the exercises primary and secondary muscles are off, which throws off the given recovery stats. For example, dumbbell lateral raises say that the lats are a primary muscle, which does make any sense. Another example is that a wide grip rows say they target mostly lats, while in reality it’s mostly traps and rear delts. This isn’t a big issue but it’s just kinda weird in my opinion, because my lats have been at 30% recovery for a while now lol. In conclusion, this app is very helpful for tracking my number of reps and sets i do each session so i can make sure im implementing progressive overload, and i would recommend it to others.
