The TrainerDay site has over 20,000 workouts that you can distribute to many platforms. We also have training plans. Our app contains 20-workouts without needing a subscription. Upgrade for full access to unlimited workouts and training plans.

NO ANT+ SUPPORT in iOS

It's fast, it's flexible

1) Start your training session in 5-10 seconds (after an initial quick setup)
2) Easily change workouts, intervals, or intensities dynamically during your training session
3) Fast access to ERG and Resistance or Slope training modes

APPLE WATCH IS SUPPORTED
Record your heart rate, see some stats on the watch and start and stop application. When connected to Apple watch your workouts will be saved to Apple Health.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t

I’m not a fan of useless hyperbole, but I think this app is everything any serious cyclist needs without any of the flashy distractions of other platforms.

As a long time Zwift user, I was concerned that this platform might prove too stale for prolonged use over the course of a full training plan. But since I’ve started using this app exclusively, I’ve noted my attitude towards training has changed. I used to justify spending money for Zwift for the racing and the virtual engagement. But realistically I would either blow a training plan trying to race up every virtual hill or get screen fatigue.

TrainerDay sits right in between the big platforms’ pricey subscription services with all the variety of a huge training library you could want and none of the diversions you might experience with another platform. Long base miles? Throw this on your iPad or smartphone and start a season of The Borgias. Intervals? Pick your poison from thousands of workouts and get started. They’re plenty engaging without slowly feeling your eyeballs turn to jelly.

Glad this exists

Glad this exists. A trainer is expensive enough, why stare at a screen for 30 bucks a month? I can use this, support a small team of developers and product managers and get my miles in. Great - and they build product quicker than Zwift or Trainer road.

As an owner of training centers for endurance athletes I’ve struggled over the past 20 years finding a simple, user friendly app that can work with our clients virtually and in studio. Ding ding!
