Version 1.2.0

Enhanced Preview: We have added the ability for you to see up to two full weeks of your programming in advance. To deliver this preview, we added a new screen/view entitled My Training Plan. From this new multi-week view, you can preview, select, and start your workouts. This improvement will give you greater context for your daily workouts and help you plan in advance before your week begins.

Edit History: We've also added the ability for you to change/edit your training log after a workout is complete. This will allow you to correct any mistakes when you recorded your workout.

Trust the Process...

This is an absolutely fantastic app/program to build explosive growth to your Olympic lifts. Support is excellent in answering any questions or issues you encounter. Can be used stand-alone or in tandem with another xfit/HIIT/metcon workout. Everything is totally customizable to what you want to accomplish. Instructional library breaks down movements for those who may be green to oly lifting. Couldn't recommend this more for athletes wanting to improve their strength.

Awesome

I’ve been using TrainingIQ for the last 6 months. Not only have I improved my technique but I’ve PR’d several times. I highly recommend TrainingIQ for some one looking to improve on the Olympic lifts.
