My go to healthcare app for the family

This is an extremely useful app to have for all Heath care related needs. Anytime we have an urgent question or need, we have our answers in minutes. It’s really helpful to see my health and benefits info in one place so I can look it up instantly when I need it. Well done!

Don’t waste your time

This company is trash. They don’t have any idea what they’re actually doing. I had a shoulder injury that needed surgery. My doctor offered me an appointment a few weeks out. Transcarent though, kept pushing their surgery care service. Said they’d cover everything. I was already dreading the surgery bill, so that sounded great. But then they just dragged their feet getting me an appointment, and following up. Meanwhile, my injury was getting worse and worse. After weeks and weeks of nothing, I asked for news, and they said they were still waiting to hear back from a surgeon. I called the surgeon’s office myself, and heard back in a couple of hours.
In the end, I had to schedule my own appointment, and pay out of pocket. This service is totally useless at best, and actively detrimental at worst.

Finally trustworthy experience for my healthcare

Transcarent is a newcomer but what a wonderful app experience! It’s delightful and easy to use but most importantly provides me everything that I want for my health and care needs. Talking to a doctor was a breeze and having access to guides 24x7 when I have a question is fantastic!
