Update: Dec-4:
With the new app I do not see the date in the transaction details.. in the previous version I could see the date on the transaction listing, so that way I could view the total amount of transactions in a month.

The new app is really cool and very fast to respond..!! Great update.

The app is very easy to use. It’s secure and the remittances are always on time (sometimes earlier than expected). The rates offered are competitive. I have been using the app for a over a little more than 2 years (before that I used their website). Sometimes for security reasons I was asked to reconfirm the identification and was asked to upload an ID proof (I think it was mainly because my earlier proof was out of date).
Overall a very good experience so far and I recommend the app to users who want to send money to their families and friends in India.

Not reliable

I have been using it from two years , I had a very bad experience couple of times. They promise me to deliver on certain date, if they exchange rate falls at that time they will say we need documents to process your transaction like identity .. how were you processing all transactions from two years if you don't have the proper documents. At least at the time of making we deliver on so and so date don't you think whether you hav everything to process , if you don't have why do you promise a date . Similar problem happened few months that time i submitted the documents , they are repeating same again . So what i understand from it is if rate follows they ask for more and more docs and delay your transaction or cancel it

Poor Customer Service and Unreliable

Customer Service Agent are unbelievably useless agents. Such a waste of time in calling and giving them details of the issues. It is outrageous to hear that the only way you can best send money is thru google chrome according to an agent name Richard. This agent refused to listen to customer and instead of investigating he wants his own way by just keep on insisting to use chrome. let me tell you that I didnt start sending money yesterday I have been sending money before You Agents came so try address the issue first. I have been using this company for almost 10 years now and i think it is about time for me to use a company that has 4-5 stars. I guess they deserve to have 2 Stars.
