App data different from website data...
So which is correct? I believe the website. I just started riding the bus downtown and I've tried 2 PRs (W Bellfort & Westwood). I took 262 inbound and everything was fine. I got tied at work and couldn't use my usual 4:22p bus.
Well, I checked the website and it informed me the bus stop was right outside my office (Lamar and Main)...I head out there, I wait for the 5:07p bus. Nothing, so I check my app which informs me I have to go Smith and Dallas...over a half mile walk. I head down there and wait and wait and wait. Nothing! I eventually take 265 and then pay for uber to drop me off at Westwood. 😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Bad. Very bad.
Only, the ONLY reason I purchased this is because the old “TRANSIT” app is no longer available. 3 out of 5 times it doesn’t show the closest routes even though your location is shown correctly. I can stand where the 27 and 82 cross, which is shown correctly, and it doesn’t show them but will show the 9 which is nowhere close. If you’re at TMC good luck. Wish the old “TRANSIT” app was still available.
Trip planner doesn’t work - needs to be fixed
The bus routes and schedules seem to be decent but the trip planner doesn’t work at all. Easier to use google maps for that which is a bummer because it should be the best part of the app!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
