I love this app and the convenience it allows with banking needs. My only issue is not being able to see intransit transactions within the app. When using Bill Pay there is always a day where you cannot see transactions. The transactions are no longer seen on the Scheduled tab in Bill Pay and also are not seen on the Account History screen. All transactions need to be visible in a Pending stage on the History screen for complete transparency and accounting purposes. It would be great if this issue could be addressed in your next update.
Like the app and although its capabilities are not as great as some banks, I am very happy with the progress TWCU has made so far. Miles ahead of other credit unions! LOVE the mobile deposit!!!
