WHAT'S THE TRICK TO LEVEL 68

Athough I love this game, I'm stuck on Level 68, I have tried hundreds of different was to complete this level. I am not prepared to pay for any "in app purchases," and I've never had this exxperience before with any other game I've played. This app is supposed to be for 4 , I'm way, way older than that, but I still can't complete this level. Could there be a glitch in this program? I would appreciate it if someone could let me know. Thank you!
