Travelzoo Hotel & Travel Deals 12+

I have used Travelzoo all over the world and would never have considered some of my “adventures” if I would have had to pay full price! But, thanks to Travelzoo’s excellent deals, my husband and I have had a blast trying out Underwater scooters in Oahu to fancy dinners in Niagra Falls to tours in Italy and more!! I use other sites for deals, also, but Travelzoo sincerely tops them all from price to variety and I trust Travelzoo; I have never had any problems when using it. If you don’t use it, you are sure missing out on great deals and a lot of fun times and adventures!!!

I have booked vacations through TravelZoo and had the most picture perfect dream vacations. In fact, I tell everyone I know to book through TravelZoo. Most recently, TravelZoo gave my Italy trip to Great Value Vacations to handle, and the experience was so poor that I am very apprehensive to book my next trip through TravelZoo again. I fear they may mismanage the trip by trusting a similar third party. Great Value Vacations Travel Agency was rude, argumentative, limited in trip activity options, and housed us in hotels remote from our trip destinations that were in unsafe neighborhoods, and full of black mold. They provided zero transportation options for my stay in a foreign country. I am hoping that TravelZoo can right the wrongs and help us return to our phenomenal vacation experiences.

No phone customer support during covid-19.
Booked a vacation through them for $1,400 back in February, which was immediately charged from my credit card. In March, the hotel & country of travel shut down. Few weeks ago, AA Airlines have cancelled the flight. Have been trying to reach them via phone, email, no response for almost 2 weeks. Was able to call Marriott corporate to check if my reservation exists, they said it has been cancelled several days ago. When asked about the refund, they told me that the reservation was never paid for, it was just a reservation room hold, to be paid upon arrival.
Now I list $1,400, lost my vacation and can’t reach travelzoo for multiple weeks! They are holding on to my money, never actually paid the hotel (even though they charged me the first day). Scam! Beware!
