Travl — Travel Saving Goals 4+

Great, but...

I’ve been through most savings apps. I download them, use them for a week, then switch back and fourth. This is the first travel only one I’ve encountered. Looks new but by far the most beautifully designed one I’ve ever used to manage and decide upon the cost of a particular destination. The itemized feature is what struck me the most helpful and also the one I find most annoying because I’m constantly removing the vehicle (for a rental I assume), and activities (like what activities I’m not working out). I wish these weren’t even included to begin with or I wouldn’t mind having access to a list of other options that I could pick through. Also I have Deutschland color blindness, so I believe this screen is a light blue but all I see is purple/lilac. Nice work though and thanks :).

P.S. The vehicle is for transit (in city transportation) and the Activities are for things to do while you're traveling such as museums, concerts, and others... There is also a list of additional line items you can add under label :)

Savvy Savings

I’ve been utilizing this app for quite some time as an “out of sight, out of mind” savings. My goal was to save for a trip to Hawaii for a friend's baby arrival. One of the best features of this app, as opposed to others, was its ability to calculate the overall cost of how I’d want to spend my vacation time. That being said it's allowed me to be honest with myself regarding my lifestyle even while on vacation; granting me a level of transparency on the amount I should be saving on a weekly basis. It was a reasonable amount, that I now am thankful I had saved automatically given the current state of the economy. Since I was honest with myself regarding my lifestyle, the amount saved was adequate for what I’d need now in the pandemic we are in. I’m neither worried about having to tap into my personal savings, nor my personal accounts, rather this app has helped me save for the “rainy day”, that has now come. Overall, I believe it is a well-calculated savings app and a great way to track your lifestyle and align them with your future goals, or in this case the “unexpected”.

Amazing

I love this app! I’ve tried other savings platforms before not none of them are as easy to set up and navigate through! This app is a great tool to put vacation plans into perspective and to really see how budgeting comes into play. Everything was very clear and I was able to get all the information I needed to plan out my vacation in just a matter of minutes! I was quickly able to find the best deals without having to go through 10 different websites. This saved me a lot of time and energy! Not only does it help me see costs, but it also is a very effective and efficient way to budget and save up. I have the freedom to change savings goals, and to have a customized savings plan based on what I want to do. Sadly I can’t go anywhere now with the coronavirus, but I already have a clear idea of what my next trip will be and exactly how much money I’ll need saved up to make it happen. Definitely recommending this to anyone who has vacation plans. This is a app is an in one stop!
