  • Terrible since update! Won’t open!!

    UPATE: Problem fixed! This company listens to its customers! Used to be an amazing app, but since the last update, it doesn’t open 90% of the time. I have to shut down the app and wait for a few minutes and then try again a few more times before it opens. Kind of defeats the purpose of timing how long you’ve got your aligners out! Please fix and I will re-review.

  • Keeps Me On Track

    I was at Week 5 when I found this app. Mind you, I should have been on Week 30 but I was awful at keeping these things in consistently so I found myself falling further and further behind. Haven’t had a day below 21 hours and always get notified when it’s time to change these. A great investment in my ortho care.

  • Amazing app!

    I’m so grateful TrayMinder exists - I was much more confident managing my treatment knowing exactly how much time my trays were out. It was super easy to quickly tap to keep track, and the timed reminders came in handy quite a few times, too. My treatment only lasted a month (three trays) so I love that there was a monthly subscription option!

    I have been using the TrayMinder for a little over one week and I have found it to be very helpful and assisting me with tracking how long I have my aligners in. I would recommend this app to assist you in ensuring that your aligners are in for the time that has been recommended by your orthodontist.

  • Paid to remove ads but they are showing me ads again

    I’ve been using this app for over a year and paid $1.99 to remove ads. However, they recently changed their payment model to a monthly subscription and are no longer honoring the previous purchase I made to remove ads. Now, if I want to remove ads, I have to pay $5 per month. The worst part is that these aren’t just normal ads, they added video ads where you have to wait a few seconds to skip it. Very bad practice from this developer. I would look elsewhere.

    Update: still not a great app. Legacy watch support should be available until 2027 but now the app on my watch is saying I need to subscribe. Full screen advertisements popping up at random times and there’s some of the worst scam advertisements I’ve seen. I understand you need to make money, but you should really take a look at who is advertising on your app because it’s making a bad app worse.Look I get it, developers need to make money, but the new subscription options are ridiculously overpriced. I’ve been happen with the app and even paid for additional features, but there is zero chance I’ll subscribe and I’m not sure if what I previously paid for will continue to work. Also since the new subscription launched the Apple Watch app doesn’t seem to be keeping sync with the phone app (notification to start wearing even those I already it the start wearing button on my watch)
