En esta aplicación, el armador (dueño de la embarcación) solicita la autorización de sus zarpes de pesca a la Dirección General de Capitanías y Guardacostas (DICAPI), seleccionando fechas, puertos, a la tripulación y al patrón que irá a la faena de pesca. Posteriormente registrará el desembarque y la venta al comerciante.
