I love this app so far I hope in the future you could continue making workout plans that can make someone go from 10k to half marathon, to marathon and maybe ultra. But either way I’m happy with this app been looking for a routine for my winter runs on the treadmill and this one is perfect helps me be consistent with my pacing I do wish there was an option to uncheck runs for I have accidentally check in some idk if it’s because the phone is in my pocket but I can’t unchecked them so I have to make sure I remember to do the runs and not skip them by mistake
This app tells me what to do every day and it also guides me while I’m running. It is such gradual growth every day; I get stronger, therefore it still seems easy. It has different programs depending on what you want - 5K training, 10 training, just a good workout. It also puts in days to relax. I do my run for the day, then check it off. Next day, the same. I feel like I’m accomplishing something. And I am! I feel better and now enjoy getting fit on my treadmill. It also has virtual runs to watch so you feel like you’re outside on the trail.
I’m recently forced to workout inside of a gym instead of outside and I needed some motivation. The app had a good score so I tried it. I’ve done two runs and I was sweating hardcore at the end BUT both runs (in HIIT) had mistakes on the mileage, the time and the distance. In the countdown portion of the window it would say 2 mins and 5 mph but on the bottom half of the window, it would say 30 second and 3 mph. I also did a 15 min run, which at the end was supposed to put me over 1 mile and at the end of that run I had 4 mins left of my 15 min run (according to my treadmill) and was at .86 miles. It’s not a deal breaker but there were consistent errors in the displayed numbers.
I have entirely rebuilt the app! Not only are there now dozens of more workouts but I have eliminated the errors in displayed time, distance and mileage. Thank you so much for the feedback it was instrumental in creating this new version. I’ll be honest when I made the first version many years ago I never meant anyone other than myself to see or use it, but with its continued popularity I need valuable input from users like you to make it better and better. If you get a chance give the newest version a try, your comments would be greatly appreciated.
This app has met all my needs related to running! It has made me reach fitness levels beyond my comprehension! No only was this app helpful, but kept me on track and more motivated with my runs. The app itself is very easy to use and easy to navigate. You can chose hundreds of different workouts, speeds, and distances. I originally downloaded this app in order to try to get my dream time goal for a 5k,10k, and even half marathon! It not only helped me meet my goals but exceeded my goals as well! Thank you!
It’s very basic and you could essentially just download this info and it’d be the same thing only at least the app keeps time for you and verbally warns you of upcoming speed changes. Some of the workouts are incorrect though. For example, under the HIIT programs, the 15 minute medium routine is actually only 10 minutes long (c’mon, it’s simple math) and the last 3 intervals are wrong. It says the third to last is a walk, but when it gets to there it tells you to run it 10mph. Similar problem with the last 2 intervals. So, it has bugs but if you don’t want to pay for a more advanced app, this will keep you honest on the treadmill.
This is a good app, and about the only app that I’ve found that is built for treadmills and distance goals. Being in a northern state, it is essential to be able to have a program for running distance indoors. My only complaint is the app does not explain at which level you currently are, from which to progress when you are done. For instance after completing the “fat to 5k” (which is not really meant for “fat” people) am I then strong enough to progress to “20 min 5k”? Within that program, what does cross training variable miles mean?
