Treads App 4+

We have used the same tire place for close to 10 years. However due to the economic changes everywhere along with the urgent need to replace our tires on our only vehicle. Along with no longer being able to quickly be seen at our existing tire shop. We started doing some research to help keep our cost down and something that provided more convenient methods. Absolutely love this app and services that they offer. This was a thought out and calculated decision and one that we have been happy to have made. The app is great easy to use and there is always someone quickly available on the other end! Have had no issues getting service and has typically been scheduled as earliest as the next day. Vendors always showed up promptly when scheduled and friendly and best of all! We never left our home or had to take time off work or deal with traffic! They have different services to choose from including roadside and if you read the T&C you’d be surprised at some of the additional “perks” there are. We are getting everything our existing tire provider had but with more accessibility and convenience. When the service provider comes to you to provided a service you’re always saving money! How because you’re getting back time to do other things you want to do!

So I have been with this app for a year or more. I fell on hard times and fell behind on the payments and still they we’re understanding allowed me to pay four months later and still keep my subscription. In the time during my membership they have taken care of me with installing my new tires in a timely fashion, tire tech came out and was done very quickly to the extent by the time I had some free time to take a look on their progress in between working and what have you, the tech was done and gone. When I decided to purchase four brand new tires about a year in just because I had the money to do so (nothing wrong with current tires) it was a low payment of $100 for ALL four tires, can’t beat that price. Unfortunately when they came out one of the stems on my new back tire was defective. But fret not they came right back out not even 15 minutes later replaced the stem and we’re gone in 5 minutes. Again this is all while I am working. They are the upmost definition of quality customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again Treads team, and keep up the great work!!!

A little background information. I did a lot of research and soul seeking on this before we committed to it. First thought was that it was too good to be true, but after continuing to talk with Zach about it he made me feel very comfortable about giving it a try. I had a funeral that I needed to attend at the last minute and waiting until the next week wasn’t going to work for getting the tires installed. Zach communicated with the installer in our area, they called me and setup a time to come out and do it. They met me at my office which was amazing. The installer Aaron was top notch as well! Very friendly, extremely transparent. Estimated 45 minutes and was done in 35-40 minutes. I was his last stop and he was definitely in no hurry to rush off. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with the experience! I could not be happier with my experience using this.

The app updates quite often and can cause a scheduling glitch if the timing is right but the customer service more than makes up for it!
