Welcome to Trebuchet, the strategic trading card game that simulates the thrill of financial markets in real-time. Each card in your deck represents a unique trading strategy for a financial asset, challenging you to manage and master the market dynamics effectively.
Here’s what you need to know to get started:
Dynamic Trading:
Every card auto-executes either a buy or sell strategy, with no option to remain neutral. Engage in the market by predicting movements and strategizing your plays.
Queue Mechanics:
Your strategies will be put into action every 30 seconds, adding a new position to a queue of 250 positions. Concurrently, the oldest position in the queue is evaluated, maintaining a constant flow of action over a total interval of 7,500 seconds (125 minutes).
Exposure Limits:
The total exposure for your strategies cannot exceed $25,000 in simulated funds, ensuring a balanced play field and risk management.
Card Acquisition:
Expand your deck by purchasing cards or getting a random card from the Carousel.
Card Analytics:
Monitor performance using the Live Battle chart, which shows unrealized PnL and open positions for real-time insights, and the Profit & Loss chart for tracking realized gains and losses.
Gameplay Modes:
Initiate your market challenge in the 'Battle Menu' where you send your cards into play, and track your success and rank on the leaderboard.
