If you want to improve in the sport of triathlon or any of the 3 disciplines for that matter, you owe it to yourself to checkout TriDot.
TriDot is the most personalized in-depth data driven program you can find. With consistent testing and constant training load updates based on testing results you can’t help but see improvements. The quality of quantity philosophy will have seeing gains while reducing your chances of injury.
As great as the training program is, the real power is the TriDot community and interaction with other TriDot athletes. No matter if you are a new comer looking for advice on anything from nutrition to equipment, a seasoned age group athlete or even a pro; the TriDot community has someone who has been there or is going through it with you and always willing to lend advice or just an ear if that’s what’s needed.
As a 50+ age-grouper I can honestly say TriDot has not only helped me improve my fitness but stay healthy while getting faster.

Great Gains

I have been training with TriDot for one year now. I have done two full Ironmans and several half Ironmans in the past but TriDot has taken my training to the next level. Last season I was very committed to my workouts to see if TriDot could do what it said it could for me. TriDot led me to successes that I would have never dreamed of. Last season I PR’d two out of my three races and last October at IM Memphis 70.3 I got first in my AG 60-64 with a slot to Worlds.
So those just getting started with TriDot trust the plan. It really does work.
I like how TriDot does all the thinking for me and all I have to do is put in the effort. I like how TriDot pushes me to my limits but yet still keeps me injury free. I like how my workouts are planned in a way that allows for good recovery which prepares me for my next workout.

I Am TriDot

TriDot is an excellent platform for triathlon training. Not only do you get daily customized training activities scheduled for you, but you also have the weekly podcast and a Facebook group. Together this is a wonderful community and educational experience that supports my triathlon lifestyle.



In January 2022, shortly after retiring, I started using TriDot via the Pre-Season Project. The Pre-Season Project gave me 2 free months to try the TriDot platform and see if it was a good fit for me. It was an excellent fit. By May of 2022, TriDot prepared me for racing at the Olympic distance, then in December I raced in a 70.3 distance Ironman, and in October 2023 TriDot had me ready to race in a full 140.6 distance Ironman. That race was Ironman California. All of this was achieved without an exercise induced injury which simply means I never got hurt and had to stop training. In the past, before training with TriDot, I seemed to always get hurt because I over trained and then had to stop training for a while to recover. With TriDot I have been injury free the entire time!



The podcasts are educational, and the Facebook group provides an excellent venue for talking about triathlon topics as well as answering my novice, and sometimes not so novice, questions. Give TriDot a try!
